How do I deposit? How long does it take?

After logging in, go to the Wallet page, pick a quick amount or enter a custom amount (minimum 10 USDT), and click "Create Deposit Order" to get a ClawPay payment link and QR code. Funds usually arrive automatically within 1-5 minutes after payment, and your balance updates in real time. NovaAlpha only supports USDT (BSC chain) settlement.
How do I choose a strategy?

The Strategy Market covers trend, arbitrage, grid, scalping, mean reversion and more. Each strategy shows its 30d Return, Max Drawdown, Risk Level and Subscribers. Beginners are advised to start with free or low-risk strategies based on their own risk tolerance. Click a strategy card to view details and historical performance, then subscribe in one click.
Is my API Key safe?

Yes. API Key, Secret and Passphrase are stored with AES-256-GCM encryption. The platform cannot view the plaintext and only decrypts temporarily when calling exchange APIs. Strongly recommended: ① Keep trading-only permission; never enable withdrawal permission. ② Set an IP whitelist on the exchange. ③ You can delete a key anytime on the API Keys page — strategies stop executing immediately after deletion.
How are strategies executed? How are earnings calculated?

After subscribing, the platform executes strategy signals on the exchange via your bound API Key — nothing runs locally. The monthly fee is deducted from your balance, and some strategies charge an additional profit share (a percentage of earnings). Earnings, positions and trade history are available in real time on the
Dashboard. You can pause, resume or modify parameters anytime.
How do I cancel a subscription?

Find the strategy on the My Subscriptions page, click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm. Cancellation cannot be undone, and the strategy will stop executing trades. Fees already charged for the current billing cycle are non-refundable. If you only need a break, use "Pause" instead — you can "Resume" anytime without re-subscribing.
